We do not accept minors at the HOSTEL, because they can not stay in a dormitory with other adults. They must reserve a private room for their accommodation.
Due to insurance regulations and a concern for underage guests we require any guests under the age of 18 to have parental authorisation in order to stay in our hostel unaccompanied by a legal parent or guardian.
Please note that in accordance with French law, minors under 18 years of age are not allowed to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages on our premise or that of any other French establishment.
In absence of this form (under groups on our contact page) we reserve the right to refuse groups of 9 or more people.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Cancellation/prepayment
Cancellation is free if made 24 hours before the arrival date.
In case of late cancellation or no show, the client will have to pay the amount of the first night.
The establishment can take a prepayment of a total amount of the first night of the bank card with which you have reserved. This is a routine procedure to check the validity of the card. If the card is invalid the reservation will be canceled.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in starts at 15pm
Check-out untill 11am
If the check-out time is exceeded, additional fees may apply.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms, even by the windows.
Breakfast
The breakfast is free.
Is served between 7h30 to 9h30 in the week (Monday-Friday) and between 8h to 10h in the weekends and holidays.
Refunds
If you decide to leave earlier, we cannot reimburse what you have already paid.
Maximun Stay
The Hostel is designed to accommodate young travelers as part of a short-term tourist accommodation: 7 nights maximum.
